  • Manage daily micro-tasks aiding in customer support and billing.
  • Handle occasional outbound customer communications via phone.
  • Generate customer-centric monthly reports using pre-collected data.

Technical Must-haves:

  • Solid grasp of WordPress for creating and editing content.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with Elementor Pro, Mailchimp, ClickUP, WHMCS, and Google Workspace.
