Commissions are one month in arrears. Referrals sent in January get payment the 1st of March. There is no minimum withdrawl.
Your account still take up to 30 days to reflect the correct commissions, Payout is to a paypal account or credited to your hosting account.
Customer must remain in good standing for 60 days. S
